I have over 30 years of experience in photography. Starting as an assistance with John Mills Photography in Liverpool - one of the biggest and best studios in the north of England. There I learnt the business from all angles; photography, processing, printing and office skills. I covered assignments all over the north of England and Wales from nuclear power stations to pin heads. In the very large studio I was involved in Mail Order catalogue and product photography using 35mm to 10" x 8" plate cameras.
      From Liverpool I went to a firm in Teddington, near London, where I was chief photographer in charge of all studio, location and darkroom work. I covered sites which including Euston Station, Barbican and Heathrow Airport.
      After three years I organized two overland photographic expeditions. One from north to South Africa and the other to India. I returned with thousands of photographs after being away several years. I established my own commercial photographic business based near the centre of Bristol 20 years ago.
      I was an associate of the British Institute of Professional Photography.
